I have been at the gym, and have been working out for the long time of three weeks and I feel I am great!
It is not so easy to go to the gym all the days of the week, and to keep going to the gym those days week after week, but I can do it. This is what I am planning, to have
washboard abs just like a strong muscle man! No, I am kidding, I do not want the strong washboard abs, I just want to be looking pretty for my age.
Also, I have been cooking different foods to eat for each meal. Plenty of eggs is what I am cooking recently, so for to get my protein in a good way. The eggs are most beneficial for protein, they have very small amount of carbohydrates, and not too much fat either!
I have also continued to be taking my
omega 3 vitamins. I believe in them like I believe in exercising. A day without my omega 3 vitamins is a day wasted.
Also, I now
buy vitamin supplements from a local health food shop around the corner from my Ralph's grocery store. It is a good health shop and very beneficial for me.
